Doctors and practitioners are great here, top notch care! The big improvement needed is the phone system. Huge hold times before you can talk to a person, you cannot be transferred to your doctor or team member, and the call backs are slow to come.

I'd give less than one star if possible. Academic Urology are thieves. They refuse to return my $500 refundable deposit even though insurance has paid out 100% of my responsibility on 5/24. They're practicing insurance fraud.
