MidLantic Urology in Kennett Square is an ongoing exercize in horrible patient service- lose my records, neglect to fill a Rx from my visit in March or April, fail to contacy me to schedule next appointment. A Rx was wrirren but now I am expected to pay for another visit due to a lousy transition. I now can't contact this mismanaged office.
I feel that I have received very good care and that he is very knowledgeable. I also like that he seems to really understand me and considers how I view treatments when making recommendations. I would recommend him and I am glad he is my urologist.
ZERO stars...So sorry I ever contacted this establishment. I was billed for procedures... before they were done. Had a follow up appointment which was scheduled in January 2022 for July 6. I never received notification that the doctor was on vacation; instead, I received 2 messages confirming my appointment. The appointment was for 12:30 pm so I arrived at 12:21 and read the sign at the receptionist's desk that they were at lunch until 1:00pm.
