First and foremost, I cannot say enough great things about Kara. She is incredibly knowledgeable, attentive, has amazing bedside manners, and truly cares about each of her patients. The billing needs to refund copays if no services can be billed to insurance as normal and patient refuses to pay $525 out of pocket to “maybe sometime in a month or so” get refunded. I’ve never heard of such a thing. I was told to pay out of pocket due to having a surgery the week before. I’m not sure what that has to do with billing my insurance. I have seen Kara for years for all of my skincare needs! She is beyond amazing. She is so knowledgeable with everything that she offers. She takes her time and I never feel rushed or unsure of anything. Kara always does the perfect amount, I never look frozen or over done. There really is an art to it when it comes to placement and amount. And Kara has mastered that art. She has also done microneedling, microneedling with PRP and sculptra on me Kara is my skin guru! Was desperately looking for a dermatologist for my 4 month old son due to his severe eczema. Called and verified with the receptionist that they see pediatric patients. Upon arriving waited 30 mins to get taken back to a room. There are no exam tables only a big chair for adults so no where to place him for them to check him out.
