These doctors are amazing and truly care about their patients. They take the time to listen and you're not treated like a number. All staff are kind and caring and get you in as soon as possible.
I had a VERY DISAPPOINTING experience at this clinic with Dr. Pratt. During my annual preventive exam, I requested a routine preventive screening test that has always been part of my previous physicals. Even though this test is clearly recognized in standard preventive care guidelines, Dr. Pratt refused to add it and instead suggested that I pay for it out-of-pocket elsewhere. Dr Pratt is very knowledgeable. He spent alot of time talking with me and found the best treatment for my health needs.
Bad communication and no one answers the phone. Closed the office earlier than expected time.
