Like other reviewers. I have been out in some terrible situations where I run out of insulin because they are incapable of answering the phone or even answering messages on the patient portal. Irresponsible and unprofessional. Deb is a great practitioner but the office itself is terrible.

I have been going to this office for almost 4 years now, and I've had probably the worst experience going here. When I first started out I had a very kind doctor, who unfortunately switched locations to somewhere farther, and inconvenient for me. I got switched to Deborah Horne, I personally really like her and she seems to care very much about her patients. I called 6 times and no one answered the phone. Each visit cost way to much and all that they do is waste my time. The person at the front desk is very rude.
