Note: This is a review I wrote in 2022 but left unposted until now. If you are a dark-skinned person this is not the place for you. I came here for some hyperpigmentation. I am a dark-skinned person and so finding a dermatologist who listens/even knows what they are doing is hard. Dr. Hannah Pile was kind however the attending doctor, Dr. Fivenson, was not. Joseph the receptionist is really rude and sassy. He was so rude that I didn’t even want to make an appointment. Won’t be getting my care from an office that obviously doesn’t care about their patients.

Called for a total body check, appointment scheduled. Arrive early, they take me to the exam room and tell me they don’t do total body checks unless you have a history of skin cancer. They never said anything about that when I scheduled my appointment. I don’t want a history of skin cancer that’s why I came in for a total body check to make sure I don’t have any. Extremely disappointed.
