Joseph the receptionist is really rude and sassy. He was so rude that I didn’t even want to make an appointment. Won’t be getting my care from an office that obviously doesn’t care about their patients.
Called for a total body check, appointment scheduled. Arrive early, they take me to the exam room and tell me they don’t do total body checks unless you have a history of skin cancer. They never said anything about that when I scheduled my appointment. I don’t want a history of skin cancer that’s why I came in for a total body check to make sure I don’t have any. Extremely disappointed.
Dr Ottwell was very fast and efficient. Gave me all the answers I needed and with out me even asking. He was supper friendly. A very good doctor. Will be returning for future problems.
I always have the best experience here. The office, staff, and doctors are amazing!
My appointment with Dr. Stammen was well addressed, and he is very pleasant. He explains about types of skin cancer and passes me pamphlets about the information. No long waiting. Highly recommended.
