I had a very disappointing experience here. My appointment was scheduled for 3:20, and I arrived early at 3:12. Check-in was smooth, and my initial interactions with the staff and nurse were friendly and professional. I had an appointment at the Countryside office on August 15, 2025 at 10:45am. After taking time off from work and driving to the office, there was a sign on the door stating the office would be closed from Aug 14th through Aug 22nd, reopening Aug 25th. Even though it does not appear to have been an abrupt/unexpected closure, no one contacted me to let me know that the office was going to be closed. This is undoubtedly the worst referral and worst dermatology office I have ever interacted with. I had a suspicious spot biopsied and was told I would be called with the results and treatment recommendations. Four days after the pathology results were in my patient portal, I called them to ask about the next step, and was rudely told that I didn't need to be called, there was no next step, the biopsy was the treatment.
