They never answer the phone. Called, left voicemails, and not a single phone call back. Have been trying to contact these people in regards to my daughter's prescription as her eczema is worsening. Will be going elsewhere.
Great practice
Terrible experience with this practice. The nurse practitioner was inexperienced and administrative staff were consistently rude. Constant miscommunication and staff were slow to return my calls unless I called multiple times. FYI, if you are in need of specialized medications and are using state-funded insurance, please know they do not know which programs to utilize to help assist with funding meds for underinsured patients.
Dr. Lam is a great dermatologist and he has a wonderful staff.
Dr. Lam and his staff are the best. They treat everyone with care and listen to your issues. In a skin care check up they found and treated a cancerous growth on my leg and now I am cancer free. I recommend them highly and would not go anywhere else for this service.
