Dr. Morgan was amazing. She took time to listen to my concerns, explained everything that was going to happened and answered all my questions. Highly recommend.
First time patient. Was greeted warmly at reception desk. Morgan, PA offered a full body scan. Thoroughly asked about previous treatments at my former dermatologist. Froze off pre cancers on my scalp. Very easy to schedule follow up appointment at end of visit. Highly recommend this practice for your dermatological needs.
The providers at certain offices are excellent. Tarpon and Trinity better than the others. However front office staff for Trinity office could use a chat. I work at doctors offices as well, and everyone has bad days, but it makes me feel very uncomfortable having to call to schedule or ask anything here. Feels like I bothered and annoyed a person that just woke up in their home. Edit. Three years later, I forget how horrible it is to deal with front of a staff at this location. Nothing has changed. I was seen at my appointment time. I was greeted with a smile by the receptionist. The medical assistant was friendly, informative and thorough gathering my history and symptoms. I was seen by Mariah the PA. She was very in-tuned to my problem. She quickly gave her suggestions for treatment and immediately placed an order for a prescription and gave me an injection. The staff signing me out was very friendly. All in all they made my bad problem bearable with all their pleasantries.
