They are somewhat helpful when registering online. I'm guessing because they do not have to tell you much on the phone. The store is an old building. Not one person offered to help or speak to me as I browsed. One customer was new to homeschooling and begging for help and the only thing the worker could say is I can't tell you what to do, you're the teacher. I can see why two people before me left disappointed. At least tell a parent/teacher what type of curriculum to look for by grade level sheesh! Not bad in price though.
