I booked a phone appointment and didn't get a call 2 times, I even paid for it. I called reception asking what's going on and if the number was correct and I was lied too, abused and hung up on. They took my money and didn't complete the service and lied saying they called when they didn't. Such horrible business practice - I Paid for a booking and not getting a call is stealing money. Dr Ray is an excellent, caring and knowledgeable doctor. The staff work well.
Helpful clinic - Reception lady was friendly, I saw Dr Nikita today and she understood my concerns and was thorough and prompt in addressing my needs 🙂 Happy to have such a convenient local GP
The doctors are great, professional and caring. The location is convenient. However, one receptionist I felt was a bit rude, abrupt, and not very courteous. Aside from that, it’s a good medical centre overall.
Dr Nikita has been nothing but lovely towards me, she is straight to the point and gets the job done. I appreciate that she’s one of the only doctors around that still bulk bills for her patients. She’s always up for a little chat with me and the only doctor that has been willing to work with me to get my endometriosis pain managed properly.
