Very Disappointing Stay – Extremely Noisy and Uncomfortable I recently stayed at this hotel and was extremely disappointed with the experience. I was travelling with two elderly ladies and specifically chose what I thought would be a comfortable and restful place to stay. Unfortunately, we were kept awake most of the night by loud music, banging, shouting, and general rowdiness from the adjoining pub and the outdoor deck area. There are negative reviews so we were worried but upon entering our room we were pleasantly surprised Despite asking for a ground floor due to Disability (unable to navigate stairs) the room was worth the struggle to get upstairs
Wish I Could Give Negative Stars – Filthy and Unsafe If negative stars were possible, this hotel would deserve them. I only stayed here because I had no other option—there was nothing else available near my workplace. I deeply regret it. The room had cockroaches, which is disgusting enough, but when I emailed the hotel to report it, I got no response at all. Zero accountability or concern for guests.
