Dr Bill Zhao is dismissive and quick to get you of the door. My partner has had worsening symptoms and after spending hours in the ER we found more comfort in going home and making a Doctors appointment. Upon arrival Dr Zhao did not make any effort to even look at my partner and after hearing only half of his symptoms and issues he brushed it off as viral and told him to just take pain relief.
