Great customer service and very knowledge staff.
When we engaged them for pool services 3 years ago they where great. However, over the last year constant having to chase them for a return phone call. Things seem to break after they attend. Just not getting the customer service we once got. Recently asked them to come back after our filter was replaced as we lost pressure in the spa line was informed they will have a tech out in the next few days. Week passes and no tech. Had to chase again. Tech has since been but we have not been contacted regarding findings or feedback.... read more
