I didn't go here much to buy parts or equipment for my mowing business when I started. Once I went there and started buying equipment and getting my equipment serviced here, I've never gone anywhere else. The service is excellent, and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. They have a great range of Stihl equipment, and the turnaround for repairs is very good. They are very good at notifying you when your repair is ready to be picked up or when the parts you ordered have come in.
I've been going here for about two years. The service and staff have always been very helpful and knowledgeable. The turnaround for repairs is very good. They have a very big range in Stihl and other brands. I highly recommend this place. The best service center on the south side.
I purchased a Gravely zero turn mower about 8 years ago. The mower has operated well but, in recent times, I have had problems with blade belt coming off whilst mowing. A new belt was fitted about 9 months ago. I contacted the shop to seek some advice on whether the belts can be tensioned, and spoke with Paul, one of the mechanics. He was extremely helpful and suggested I email him some photos of the belt/pulleys etc, which I did.
