Unbelievable. With acacia for my aunt right now. The only timely aspect was the marketing mgr the day we decided to move my aunt to hospice. lots of assurances. Then, transport was too early. No bed at home when we arrived. Had to wait. Meds came late. Hotline is a joke. Main nurse was helpful yesterday morning but it’s been crickets since. My aunt is in distress. We’re on our own, googling morphine dosages on the internet. What a friggin’ racket this is. Don’t be fooled by the 24 hr hotline, unless it’s meant to be 24 hours... read more
