I’ve had a good experience with Sagewood Nursing Home. The staff is attentive, communicates well, and treats residents with respect. The facility is clean and well-maintained, and the team is responsive when questions come up. Marcella and Maggie stand out as a great case manager and social worker they are helpful, communicative, and truly advocate for their patients.
My mother was treated at the Mayo Clinic in Phoenix and, between her multiple surgeries, she stayed at Acacia Health Center. Everyone there was helpful, attentive, and kind. Folks went out of their way to give her extra attention as nobody in our family lives in Arizona. From the admissions to the case manager, from the nurses to the CNAs, her care was impeccable and the facility lovely. I highly recommend it to anyone needing skilled nursing.
As a hospice partner working closely with Acacia Health Center, I truly appreciate the level of care and collaboration their team provides.
