They have looked after our dogs for 7 years finding them very profesional and gentle. Highly recommended.
Compassionate and caring, the vets are informative and thorough, and transparent about costs.
Always provides the best advice and care for my Slinky Bill. Whether it's a regular check up or procedure, the staff do an amazing job. Our most recent visit was a teeth clean and dental health check where the staff were really clear on cost and procedure, and of course provided warm and caring support. Slinky can be a real pest when he's excited so I appreciate the staff managing him AND bending the truth by telling me he was a good boy...because I know he would have wanted constant attention and barked the house down all d... read more
Terrible customer service. Was asked to drop my dog off at 8.30 for grooming. I returned at 11.30 was charged $200 then told my dog was not groomed yet. They charged me for a consult by a vet who then told me she would look at my dog after her consultations. 3 hours later I asked for a refund and told by girl at desk “not getting a refund because her nails were trimmed”. Would never return to this Vet. $200 out of pocket for trimmed nails. What a joke.
All the staff and our vet are amazing and so kind. Our Labradoodle Alfie Coen just loves seeing his vet and loves going which says something in itself. Thanks for all your caring support.
