It's time to persistently report this company to the PUCT, FCC, FBI and all parties involved. Between the 3 people they have that work the phones and I do mean a solid 3 people, no wonder the hold times are 2 hours. 2 HOURS UPON CALLING FROM THE TIME YOU OPEN IS COMMON SENSE PEOPLE They don't have a full staff and probably working from their homes. They're really getting off but the universe always gets the last decision.
They take forever to even answer the phone and I wait for a hour or more everytime just for them to tell me yes or no or help and that’s only maybe a 5-10 min conversation and that’s crazy 2 hours or more of waiting for just 5-10 min of conversation
Their website is not secure!!!! My debit card details have been stolen 5xs before I figured out it was being stolen from Acacia energy website! I’m currently fighting a $500 charge someone stole and used my debit card details to pay their bills!
I keep trying to call this company to make verify service. They dont answer! The hold time is endless. I tried the call me back feature. I get no calls back. When my account has 0 balance I will be switching to a different company. I dont recommend this provider.
As with other reviews I'd give zero stars if possible. We have a debit card solely for using to top up, used nowhere else and the details have been comprised, being ignored about it. Totally outrageous what they are charging per day, for around 50kw they're charging on average $25 a day. Every time we top up they're taking money off each payment even though it says 0 fees.
