PUMP FAKING AT IT'S FINEST WHEN IT COMES TO PAY AS YOU GO. YOU'LL END UP PAYING WELL OVER $500 ON A MONTH TIME AND THEY CUT YOUR LIGHTS OFF EVERY MONDAY, WEDNESDAY, & FRIDAY MORNING IF YOU DON'T PAY BY 11A.M
Takes 45 minutes or longer on hold to speak to anyone and then they don’t resolve the issues. Horrible customer service.
You can get cheaper electricity from other places. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS VERY VERY DIFFICULT TO REACH!!! If you do reach customer service it's ALWAYS very broken English
If I Could Give No Stars I Would This Light Company Has Scammed Me & Others My Card Is Getting Charged A Dollar Every Night On Top Of Other Fees Then Taking $13-20 Everyday You Add $50-100 Its Gone Within The Next Day Or So I Don’t Use My Electricity Like That . I Have Reported Them & Hope To Hear Something Soon PLEASE SWITCH IF YOU HAVE THEM ! WORST LIGHT COMPANY !!
