I keep putting $50 on my account just be told 2 days later I owe money. Worst company . I paid over $216 in electronicity this month. The whole free after 9pm is BS because Im not home most of the time at night and still owe. Run don’t come here.
This company is wack and the rates are too high. They will turn your power off for two dollars don’t recommend. If I could give no stars I would.
RUN!!!! I have used this bs place for about 4 years & they are unprofessional, lack communication, have very little CSR's to assist. I paid my lights before 8AM THIS MORNING & PROVIDED AN EMAIL WITH MY RECEIPT AT 10:01 & THEY ARE STILL CLAIMING THEY HAVE NOT RECEIVED PROOF. THEY NEED TO BE SHUT DOWN!
I've been using Acacia Energy for a few months and so far I haven't had any issues.
0 STARS!!! HORRIBLE COMPANY. I was spending 400-500 $$ a month for light. When I moved I canceled the service and switched light company then received a text a few weeks later saying to pay my final bill to avoid collections. How did I still have a balance for PREPAID SERVICE??!! Customer service was horrible at explaining this. BEWARE & STAY AWAYY FROM THIS COMPANY!!
