A SCAM OF ENERGY, the secret fees and extra money they take off top is insane if you pay 10$ only 5$ goes towards your account after "FEES" and when you call about the scam fees they blame you saying it's usage but once you do the math they are silent with no words on why they are stealing money... DONT SHOP HERE
I really wished I read the reviews first. This is not a good light company. They will send you a text about being disconnected and right after that, your lights are cut off. I don't like that, and the people act like they didn't have training before they started working there. I will be changing light company
Terrible customer service. Will actively lie to you over the phone and then hang up on you when you try to correct them. communication otherwise is sporadic, inconsistent, and incorrect. There's an employee there, I believe named Marco who is incredibly rude, and entitled and refuses to let you speak.
‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️‼️Please read this and take it serious this company is a rip off you’ll spend anywhere from 400 to 500 a months on service a standard light company is much cheaper please don’t waist yo time you’ll regret I give them 0 stars totally rip off
