In the attached photo, you can see that they reference "Psychologists" in one of their own questions, actually asking if they are qualified. Then, in their own response (in their own marketing material), do not answer the question, in fact, they go on to talk about counsellors. This is blatant bad faith advertising, and seems to be common throughout all their business practices. From my communication with them, they only employ counsellors and mental health social workers, not psychologists.

No help whatsoever. The counsellor I spoke to was so full of crap it was a waste of my time. All he did was tell me to breathe and just forgot the problem and you will be fine.

I have had multiple experiences over the years with several of their counsellors, and all of them have left me feeling supported and genuinely cared for. 100% recommend this service.

I had a more than difficul experience with Acacia. The counsellor did not help, actually made things harder, and was even late at 1 appointment on 3. I then needed documents from them, it took me months to get them contacting them bery regularly. I even contacted a lawyer. If you need support I would stay away from this company. They made things worse for me.
