So signature homes is very beautiful, a lot of their standard items are upgrades of other builders and this is why I chose to buy one of their homes. So for your new buyers you must be aware that they do not stand behind the craftsmanship when there is an issue regarding warranty they will question you on everything and try to get out of the repair. Beautiful model homes in this gated community! Very helpful and professional sales team.
The models show great quality and craftsmanship. Floor plans are very well designed, my favorite is Residence 3. Sales agents, Tom and Ashton were very informative and helpful.
