Living here was some of the worst conditions I could’ve ever imagined, having only done a tour of the place. It seemed to have an old charm to it just from the tour however, this was shattered very quickly. Once my sink fell out three days into living there moments after I just washed my hands I turned around and the entire porcelain sink that probably weighs 100 to 200 pounds fell out of the wall and nearly clipped my feet off. These people are rude and unprofessional. Consider yourself luck if they stood you up. While I lived there they told people they could get $25 off their rent to leave a good review. Don’t fall for their decent reviews. They have infestations of bed bugs and roaches.
Great old building if your just starting out and want to live near downtown
i am telecom technician and have serviced this building a few times, i always wondered how it was inside and boy it doesn't dissapoint, cold creepy art deco vibe all throughout the building if you're into that kinda thing (i am), the elevator is 100% analog friggin sweet, the apartments are outdated but accentuates the building's atmosphere, if you're a yuppie transplant butterfly i suggest you look elsewhere, this is old school denver in the raw, love it
