Wish I could leave no stars. They might be closed, but they still take your money online. No rely to emails and their phone number does not work. Dismal service. Dare I say, scammers.....

they just changed their name it use to be ADORA BEAUTY SUPPLY? Order products Aug 10/24 emailed them a week later to see what was happening. Got a email back saying waiting for products.. Tried calling x2 number not in service.. sent email again no response back... Update: finally got my order almost a month later...

Been here a few times because they sell Apres gel-X which is hard to find in Canada. Great selection of gelx boxes and even better selection of refills and Apres products overall. However the store hours are unreliable as they close arbitrarily sometimes and the phone is only answered 1/3 times.

i was waiting there for half hour, no body showed up to open the store, it was 11:30am and the store looked totally different than the pictures on google maps, and the opening time also different!

This vendor has scammed so many people! The owner, Alissa, has poor business practice. Avoid at all costs as this business SCAMS all its customers. 0/5 stars, if that’s even possible.
