Basic gym, showers don’t have hot water, staff is nosy and too small.
Love this gym
I've been working out at AC4 Fitness for about 7 years. it is great. Tony runs a tight ship. The equipment is scrupulously maintained and the entire gym is always spotlessly clean. The other members who work out there are thoughtful and respectful. Just a great place to go.
The BEST gym in town since they opened in 2012. Two locations, both with new equipment and immaculately clean. Update: STILL the best two-location gym in town, now with Hydromassage available to the basic membership level.
I've been a new AC4 gym member now for ~2 mo and LOVE it!! AC4 is small but diverse, super clean and quiet, and has everything you need in a local gym and more (I love the 11 machine, 30 minute workout)!! Try it and you'll like it!! I've not tried the late night/early morning aspect of the 24/7 gym, but definitley have used it 7 days a week from morning to evening.
