AC went out during some very hot days. Mike came and checked it out and let me know it was time to replace it. Got it ordered and installed within 4 days. Even loaned us some window units for the wait. The crew he sent (on a Saturday!) We're professional and knew what they were doing. Thank you so much!
Updated review— We have been using AC Works for 3+ years now and they are still doing an amazing job! We used their spring maintenance package this year on our house and also on our cabin mini split. AC Works, Cushing, Oklahoma is a company you want to do business with. Michael Williams and his team are outstanding. If you want someone who calls you back, arrives exactly on the day and time scheduled, gives you an upfront estimate, and follows through doing an outstanding job, then they are the only AC Heating & Air Conditioning company you should call.
I could tell you a story of how AC works saved me. A previous company tried to tell me I needed to buy a whole new unit, my warranty was no good. AC Works stepped in, verified what the issue was and went out of their way to negotiate for me with the warranty company. I came out of the deal with a brand new setup. People just don't treat you this good anymore, I highly recommend AC works. They really care!
