Earlier I posted a 1 star review for this company due to some dissatisfaction I had. Upon seeing my review and discussing with me the owner refunded me completely and understood my issue. It is few and far between that you will find a company that will stand by their work and honor their commitments. It is for that reason this is now a 5 star rating. You won’t find better customer service than that.

Drew the tech came out. I explained what was going on. He installed a new switch (basically a light switch that powers the system) and told me I had voltage drop and needed an electrician. I had one come out and the electrician said that switch was wired wrong. System came on right away. On top of that I was told i was getting 100 discount off of the service of 400 because I provided switch but some how I still paid over 400 for a repair that was done incorrectly!!!

James was outstanding! He knew what was wrong right away, set my expectations appropriately regarding turn around time for parts. He came when he said he would and when he was done, everything works perfectly. If only every experience could be this smooth. We were so impressed we signed up for the maintenance plan to keep things running smoothly. Thanks again James you are a master of your craft and a pleasure to deal with.
