"Despite hearing mixed reviews, I decided to give this establishment a chance. When I requested a used tire, I was told they only stock new inventory. I proceeded with the purchase of a 'new' tire, only to discover a patch in the casing after a few days of driving. The tire has already gone flat. It is clear I was sold a used or defective product under the guise of it being new. I am deeply disappointed and expect a full resolution."
