I rarely write reviews, but in this case I feel it is warranted. A couple of years ago I took my car to this AC Tire in Ortonville to have a tire patched. As soon as I pulled in to the parking spot and turned off the vehicle I realized I had left the keys at home (started the car at home, then switched coats and left the keys in the other coat). I asked the tech if they could "tow the car" into their shop and patch the tire while I called an Uber to take me 6 miles home to get the keys. The tech at the counter, without even ... read more
Awesome customer service and all though they did not have what I need I was able to go to another location of theirs and they got me a quick fix used tire and got me back on the road in the middle of a holiday trip. Thank you
Professional, timely, and all for a great price! I shopped around for quotes on tires and found the best price at AC Tire, even though what I wanted was not something they regularly stocked. They ordered them, and they arrived 2 days later. I was in and out the door in 45 minutes for installation too! Couldn’t ask for better service!
