On their first visit the service man from AC Texas Cooling & Heating was very polite and told us we only needed to clean one part of our unit. He cleaned it and assured us that if we take care of our unit it should last us another five years. We told him that we would continue to use them for future service. These guys are awesome! My AC completely went out, and they were at my house the same day to diagnose and replaced within a couple hours.
