I had a very frustrating experience trying to get a quote for a yearly A/C maintenance plan. I called simply to ask how much your yearly A/C maintenance plan costs. I was told that pricing could not be provided over the phone and that someone would need to come to my property for a free estimate. Humidity issues, in my fairly new home, have been going on for about a year now. Several companies have come out but only Joshua at AC Texas cooling and heating thought to check the fresh air intake filter. It was filthy because it most likely has never been cleaned. We have been with AC Texas for years and while they always do a great job, I was especially grateful to call today (on a hot June Saturday in Houston) when our upstairs units was not cooling, and speak to a live person in office only to have Joshua show up shortly after, and quickly diagnose and fix the issue. Joshua was extremely professional and was able to address our need and repair quickly.
Seth did a fantastic job checking out my system and explaining everything he saw to me and giving me options. Was upfront about service and prices too which is greatly valued.
