Place is super clean and organized, owner takes great pride in what he does. He knows exactly what he’s doing and it definitely shows in his own lifestyle. I love going two times a week, probably gonna up it a day or two. Love going and love Coach Alex
The trainer/owner there is very knowledgeable and experienced, takes 1 on 1 time to make sure you understand .. best GYM in New England for athletes, wish something like this was around when I was in High School
