The delivery and installation was quick and smooth. The sound bar and mics does sound pretty good. Atlas, the system makes a loud vibration noise upon start up. Just for maybe 4 secs but it’s loud and intimidating. I raised this to the customer service via WhatsApp and they tried to assist with the TV settings. But the settings were as per their requirements so nothing needed to be changed. Solid system! I'm impressed.
The sound is crisp and powerful. No vibration and design is sleek. The mics do not have delay and distortion. Update as of 20 Feb 25 of the product : the system has bugs and songs disappearing. Has Mr Lousie to troubleshoot. The symbols in the virtual keyboard disappeared and I am unable to input my wifi password that has a # symbol. Update as of 19 Apr 25 : Followed instruction given by them to fix the symbol faul, unfortunately the system went dead and unable to turn on.
