The repair took just over an hour, which seemed appropriate given that the issue was a faulty thermostat. Compared to the previous visit where it took a second call to fully diagnose the problem, this technician identified and corrected it efficiently on the first go.

Compared to the last service, this technician quickly identified a worn capacitor that was causing the issue and had it replaced in under an hour. I appreciated his thoroughness, as he tested the system multiple times before leaving to ensure everything was running smoothly.

They installed a ventilated ceiling over the course of two days, working meticulously around existing ductwork and ensuring proper airflow throughout. It was clear they had experience with similar projects, as everything fit neatly and has functioned as expected since.

The vent cleaning took just over an hour, which seemed reasonable for our three-bedroom setup, and so far, the air circulation is noticeably improved. I appreciated that they pointed out some dust buildup in the return vents that we should keep an eye on.
