Turnover in the company caused confusion on hiring then for the job. They then increased the price on me when I had already had an agreement with the guy that left so I went with a more reputable company.

Tough getting them to come back and fix their mistake, now they don't answer my calls. I had to call someone else to come out and fix their faulty wiring.
My furnace stopped working, and I initially thought it was the thermostat. It turned out there was a significant clog in the drain. Jacob, the technician, quickly identified the issue and explained everything clearly. He then took care of the thermostat and replaced it with exactly what I wanted. Way over priced for simple repairs. When asked why the price was so high the person said "i dont make the prices i just give them, do you want to do the repair or not". Rude and unprofessional.
