I have been a tenant in a house that’s been renovated by (and is owned by) AC Renovations for almost three years. Armindo (owner) and Shari are wonderful people, kind and considerate landlords, while also being very professional. Armindo and his team renovated this 125-year-old house to make it two units, and they did so in a way that retains some of the charm and character of the house while also modernizing it enough to be safe and comfortable. Absolutely horrible company! Unprofessional, they will take your money and not finish the work they started. Takes them a week to complete a simple two day job.
