!WARNING! They are Crooks! 2-10 home warranty company hired this subpar company that shouldn't be in business! I agree with the other negative reviews, He came out on three separate occasions to supposedly fix my AC and misdiagnosed the problem each time. It was never fixed and when I tried calling him back I couldn't reach him. Finally, he answered the phone and told me to call my warranty company. My insurance company hired them to fix my air which was not working yesterday. When I called to confirm they were coming he said he may not be able to come same day. I said that's fine, I appreciate it but I need someone today so I will call someone else. He said wait, he can come in an hour. He showed up in less than an hour and had the AC running. I paid him plus gave him a nice cash tip for coming to the house so fast. Today (the next day) I came home and it's not running again. Whatever he did to the wiring it is now tri... read more
At the start of winter my heat stopped working properly. Misdiagnosed the problem on a Thursday. Popped up at my house without an appointment. Now the motor is completely dead and they're refusing to come back out. My home warranty company had to reassign a contractor. Completely unprofessional and unreliable. Will never recommend them to anyone.
Poor customer service. Used this contractor through my home warranty. They only made an appt after I called the insurance company to let them know that no one had contacted me. He said he called many times, and claimed to have left a voice message. Lies of course, Bc I would have called them back. I’m the one sweating in a place with no AC. He knew he was in the wrong, so brushed it off.
