AC pro is usually a wonderful company to work with but this branch has Raine who is rude to all members of my staff and treats people horrible. His customer service is the worst I have seen. I am not sure how this company even keeps him employed. We like using this company but have started buying at other places due to the treatment from this one guy. Worst of the worst, I have never had such bad customer service from anyone.
