AC Plus had come recommended so I thought I’ll give it a try. Tried contacting them however communication was poor and I was told that someone will contact me. I followed up three times and it felt like I was being done a favour. After nearly a week when I sent photos I was told that the job can’t be done without assigning any explanation as to “why” A week later we engaged another company. Wow - Paul and Tarvey were just wonderful to deal with. Prompt (early even!) on the day of service and the aircon installation went so smoothly. I’d highly recommend!
Paul was contracted for a complex multi-aircon work at my residence and he was great to deal with. He was on the spot with the nuances needed to do the work. Very knowledgeable and he is adamant about doing things well. There were two instances where he completed a step did not like how it looked or found a better way and chose the right thing to do for the customer and not rushing through the work.
