I had a major emergency mechanical breakdown and these lovely people helped me at the drop of a hat with compassion and urgency. They went WAY above and beyond and not only is my vehicle being taken care of, but they ensured I was also taken care of. I did not know people like them existed in real life!

We had a drive tire replaced yesterday. The mechanic offered a used drive tire for $350, claiming it was “as close as it can get to new.” I approved the repair — it seemed like a reasonable price for a road service, and we were satisfied at the time. I was originally supposed to wait and pay the TA shop around $500 for a new tire, but I decided to go with the mechanic’s option to save time and money. We had a blow out on our boat trailer with no spare. They responded within 20 minutes and replaced our tire all on the side of the road. We were back on the road after about 1.5 hours. Highly recommend!
