AC Medic 911 came out to our house on Cayo costa 2 years ago and installed a GREE mini-split that never worked Chad had to return 6 times trying to repair it Freon kept leaking out of the unit He than accused us of selling the Freon…if you can believe that We never paid him for the unit but did ask him if he’d like to remove it which he did not We than hired Comfort Zone which installed a new unit I cannot in good conscience recommend this company

Andrew and Parker are very responsive and knowledgeable. We appreciated the communication from the first phone call to the time they showed up. We've used AC Medic for several years and will continue to do so.
Used AC Medic 911 a couple times over the past 3 years and they've always did top notch work for me. Never had any issues and they would even call me to let me know when they would arrive or if they were running behind. Communication, that's all I ask for. Thanks guys.
