We're only giving one star because we don't have option of giving negative stars. This company has been scamming us for the last year, charging us for fixing our ac and it's not fixed. We have a unit under warranty, that doesn't work, they keep coming out, saying they fixed it, charging us for labor, then it stops working again a few weeks later. Now they won't answer our calls or hang up on us when we use a different number. SCAMMERS!

They came out the first time to fix a leaky unit. They vacuumed the drain out and did nothing else. Didn’t even put batteries in the unit to run it. Neither unit would work when I got back so I called them back. Someone came out said we need another blower and he would be back Monday, this was on Friday. I never heard from them again.

I have used AC Medic for a good 10 years. They have provided excellent service over this time. We are now replacing our Ian damaged AC System with AC Medic.

This company took care of us and our neighbors even though they suffered their own losses due to Ian. We believe In supporting local businesses as we are business owners. Chad and his crew took care of us after Ian and we so appreciate their hard work! Ac medic not only answered our phone call but showed up the next day to take care of us! Thank you!
