An excellent company! They stand behind their product. Recently I needed a new system. Chad, David and Parker were there the next day and in just a few hours my house was cool. Their work quality is top notch as is their care for my property as they put down tarps to keep dirt from my floors. I would recommend AC Medic 011 to everyone! Chuck Venturi

We're only giving one star because we don't have option of giving negative stars. This company has been scamming us for the last year, charging us for fixing our ac and it's not fixed. We have a unit under warranty, that doesn't work, they keep coming out, saying they fixed it, charging us for labor, then it stops working again a few weeks later. Now they won't answer our calls or hang up on us when we use a different number. SCAMMERS!

They came out the first time to fix a leaky unit. They vacuumed the drain out and did nothing else. Didn’t even put batteries in the unit to run it. Neither unit would work when I got back so I called them back. Someone came out said we need another blower and he would be back Monday, this was on Friday. I never heard from them again.
