Dixon was very understanding of our situation. I called him I made an appointment for today Saturday for 11:30 and he arrived exactly at that time his service was superb explaining the whole process of doing the maintenance on the AC and how to prevent any further wear and tear it was very awesome thank you Dixon
Speed, efficency and knowledgeable. Carlos was a life saver today....woke up and my ac was not working. I called, was informed today was fully booked but they will try no guarantee for today but assurance for tomorrow. Less than 3hrs later Carlos was there and less than a hour later it was up and working. Thank you Carlos!!!
I tried several companies before AC MAGIC. So far this one is the best. They always went above and beyond with maintenance, give honest advices. On top of it, they even fixed our Attic Door without extra charges. They cut our filters so it can fit properly instead of ask us to buy anything extra. Just small gestures but it makes differences. Overall highly recommended.
Carlos did an amazing job on our AC unit and provided exceptional customer service.
AC MAGIC is quality. They responded to my concerns in a truly manner and Joel performed the services without hesitation. Very reasonably priced for maintenance. Looking forward to working with them in the future for my residential needs.
