Very good family run company, great people. Terry, Keith and their crew are experienced A/C technicians, very knowledgeable, hardworking, courteous and trustworthy. They are very accommodating with all aspects including appointments and scheduling, even willing to work on weekends when needed to get the job done. I should have waited to post a review until after the job was done. I was singing their praises after Wednesday. I don't know what happened as the business phone goes right to voicemail. But I have been completely ghosted by this company. Kevin was here Wednesday and promised a great rate, ordered the part and said it would be here Friday and he would install. He even left the housing on the garage floor without putting it back together because he said he would be back Friday to do the job. Friday came and went with no commu... read more
