AC Joe installed my air handler and compressor 5 years ago. They did excellent job and at a great price. We needed a service call this last week as the air stopped working. They showed up when they said they would. The tech quickly found the problem and replaced the failed part. We had our air back up and running 20 minutes after the tech arrived. I have had a great experience using AC Joe.

They over charged me said they were there for 4 hours with 2 guys but they left for lunch for 2 of them. They quoted me for replacement part but only replaced 2 out of 3 things they charged me for.

They never called to notify when they were on the way. The pricing was unreasonable. They cold called me to ask what is the deal if I want a new AC from them or what?The staff was Rude .I just got my new AC for a better price and from a more professional company.

I recommended ACJoe to my neighbor to repair his very noisy AC, installed by ACJoe. They responded quickly and in less than 30 minutes determined the compressor was defective. A day or two later a crew of two techs installed a replacement compressor taking less than three hours, start to finish. So, 6.5 hours labor.
