I am a Marriott Titanium member. Completely disappointed with my recent stay 2/16/26. I had a room on the 2nd floor. When I got off the elevator there was a terrible stench. Not sure what the water issue was, but there was a HUGE floor fan. This went on all night along with lots of noise from young Party people. I got zero sleep. When I contacted Marrriott Bonvoy, they told me there was no fan & no water issues
My husband and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The location was perfect for the events that we were in town to attend. The staff was so friendly. They all spoke whenever we were leaving or returning. The room was clean & comfortable. However, a microwave is needed. The mattress was a little too soft & the reviews about the thin walls & floors are true. We were grateful that it wasn't too bad. Oh, and the shopping was great!
What a great experience. This was my first stay at this hotel and I was welcomed warmly at reception with a seamless check-in and check-out. The room was modern and very clean, with two complimentary bottles of water. The bed was extremely comfortable and allowed for a great night’s rest. The food and service during the conference were particularly good, and overall the customer care and service were excellent. Don’t be fooled by their “breakfast buffet”. $18 for shitty cold cuts, 3 bananas, and microwave quiche
