One of my favorite hotels! I absolutely loved my stay here. The design is beautiful, stylish, and full of character. The staff are incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help, which makes a real difference. The hotel is spotlessly clean, the bedding is very comfortable, and the rooms are spacious and beautifully appointed. The location is also perfect, making it easy to explore the area. Overall, a wonderful experience. I would happily come back and highly recommend this hotel

The banging and thumping noise from the gym is very intense (gym is directly adjacent to rooms), providing for a miserable sleep environment. Especially when used at 5am through 7am. The hotels response is to put a sign in the gym to ask people to not drop the weights. Here's a surprise, it doesn't work! Sleep is the number one reason to be in a hotel. At check in the clerk failed to give us a parking pass. Got a warning on the car it would be towed, that's a bit scary. Bar restaurant was nice.
