Gorgeous new building and facilities and room in great location, but stay was marred by a few issues like very slow wifi that would go out completely for 10 min at a time, room wasn’t ready until 4 despite 3pm check in time, ice machines out of order on the 3 floors I checked, and parking pass to garage didn’t work or they gave me wrong instructions.
Best AC I've stayed at in a long time!
Came down for cheer competition April 2025 stayed for 3 nights . Hotel was nice in appearance but the customer service was simply not there. The bar had only 1 person the Kitchen as well had 1 person took forever together dinner . I requested towels 3 times and no one came so I had to go look for house keeping to get some. Breakfast is noted to open up at 6 am but this is false. The pool is small The food is not that good and super expensive .
