Room was clean, air conditioning was amazing, nice staff, working ice on all floors 10/10
I travel a lot, 3 to 4 times a week. I have few things that are very important to me. Shower! Top 2. There was no pressure in my shower. I stood there for 30 min to try to wash my soap off me with no luck. The watter at this place is very soft and with weak pressure its pathetic way to clean yourself. Also door slamming starting at 6am....not helping to relaxing in your room.
The staff were wonderful when I checked in
Braiden was good in the Valet
The valet system is very simple to use and has a great team running it. Lo was expeditious in retrieving my car in the mornings
