This hotel is great and so close to everything walking.. the valet is especially great. Laterriam is the BEST.. he will help you with anything you need. Ivan is also so kind… I appreciate this hotel and their service.
The front desk clerk informed me that housekeeping does not enter your room unless you request services because "people are not ok with them going in when guests aren't there"....which is exactly what every other hotel has ever done for the 4 decades I've stayed in Marriot hotels. One reason I pay hundreds of $ per night is so my bed is made and I have fresh towels after a long day. Nice try Marriot. I see you cutting costs and using this as an excuse. Not cool.
We had a great couple of nights here! Billy, our bartender, absolutely crushed it with both his recommendations and service. Every drink and suggestion was spot on. Also, a big shoutout to the valet team for making everything so smooth and stress-free. Sammie and Morgan were awesome, friendly, professional, and always so professional and quick. Great hospitality all around. Looking forward to coming back!
