This is the third to stay here and celebrate my retirement with my wife. The staff is great and Jacob made my visit very special. I highly recommend this hotel. It’s very clean and very new . Thanks Chuck K
We came to the AC Hotel this weekend. We had never stayed here before; however, our choice of choosing this hotel for our stay in Naples was the best choice we made. From Katherine, to Samantha, to all the lobby staff and shuttle service staff were excellent and very professional. We had an amazing time and will come back to visit again in the near future.
I am a Lifetime Titanium Bonvoy Member and I am shocked at the poor service at this hotel. They lost internet, which happens, how they handled it was horrible, did not let me out of the reservation as I moved down the street to another hotel where internet was working. Nice property difficult management and staff. The front desk folks were put in an impossible situation...
Our reservation was canceled at the last minute after we had driven two hours to get there. We were told there were no rooms available because the hotel was fully booked. However, after checking online, rooms were still showing as available, yet the front desk continued to insist there was no availability. Thankfully, we were able to book a room at the Hyatt House across the street, and it ended up saving our weekend. Overall, the experience was extremely disappointing.
