Went to the rooftop bar which is a great place to go to hangout and grab a snack / drink. They are open until 11pm and don’t require you to be a guest at the hotel

The booking terms of “Check24” explicitly state that no additional charges may be applied, except for extra services, local taxes, or mandatory fees disclosed at the time of booking. The service charge applied to the included breakfast was neither disclosed during booking nor transparently communicated prior to consumption. Perfection. And the restaurant was superb and priced accordingly. Quiet.
Check-in: Very unprofessional young staff member. Breakfast: The self-service breakfast was explicitly included in the room rate. Nevertheless, the hotel added a service charge without proper prior notice. The hotel claims 2 days later that this is mentioned on the breakfast voucher, which is highly questionable. From a legal standpoint, this is not acceptable: at the time of booking (time of contract), no information about any additional charges was provided.
