Beautiful Hotel to stay
Great location downtown, rooms are well kept and spacious. Although the TV is a little slow and dated, so have patience trying to watch anything. Upon check in, the staff was in the middle of a conversation so it felt as if we were interrupting. Not the best first impression. Would stay again in the future.
The prices and service do not warrant better than a star. The location is okay, but that does not justify treating people poorly.
Reeyse, rhiannon, Harry and robby in valet did a wonderful job. They went above an beyond with their customer service. Really appreciate their hard work in this hot Texas summer. Really adds value to the hotel and our stay.
