The General Manager is not doing a great job
Victoria at the front desk is rude. She did not greet us. We had to greet her. She acts like she is either in a fog or has a chip on her shoulder. She not only did not greet us. She never thanked us for being a platinum marriott member. I used to think marriott hotels were the ones to stay in but i am beginning to look elsewhere. Also the paying for parking is also a hiccup
Great location! Across from Perimeter mall. Lots of dining options. Staff is helpful, friendly and responsive. Food at either of the two restaurants is really good. Live music some nights. Rooms are clean and comfortable.
Modern hotel and nice but that was it. Upon arrival I did not get a wifi password, tv did not work thru out my stay and the morning I was leaving house keeping knocked on my door and i answered I did not need service at the moment and still open the door either way! Truly unacceptable if I did not have the door stopper would've walked right in while I was still sleeping and mind you it was 8:35 am.
