I recently completed a 30-day stay at the AC Hotel in Asheville and left a candid review reflecting several disappointing aspects of my experience. Notably, the hotel retroactively charged me for parking I did not use, and for pet fees based on what I was told was surveillance footage. There was a mouse in the lobby and the manger was incredibly nonchalant about it and said it wasn’t a big deal since it was the lobby.
Wow, what a fantastic hotel in an incredible location with wonderful staff! I have to commend Nick, who was at the front desk the evening I checked in. He was extremely welcoming, friendly, accommodating, and informative. The hotel is right in the center of everything in downtown Asheville, which is perfect for walking around; if you’re a light sleeper like me, I’d recommend bringing ear plugs for the night time.
