Great location - an easy walk to many downtown points of interest, and a short drive to the Biltmore. Got a Bonvoy upgrade to a balcony room - all balconies are on the 5th floor. Decent views there, but even better on the roof at Capella's on 9. Front desk staff was great - most joyous welcome I remember getting at a hotel, and a surprise gift for my wife's birthday.
In the middle of everything downtown
The hotel and room were very clean/nice and the balcony was a nice feature. Location is perfect. My only complaint is that the mattress was so hard!! Replace them for softer ones!! Or add a thick topper!! I woke up stiff each morning.
Only visited for the rooftop view, then left. Want to edit review to say that we left due to storm rolling in :)
