Excellent hotel and parking
Usually don't take the time to leave a review; however, our stay this past weekend was nothing short of 5 stars. The front desk/guest services were very responsive and very helpful with our accommodations. They even left a card for my wife's birthday/anniversary. Would recommend booking the king balcony suite. The hotel was very clean and modernized along with the restaurant on the rooftop which had great food/service. This was the first time we stayed at ac hotel in Asheville. The staff were very helpful and kind. Customer service is amazing. Rooms were good size and clean. Location is central .
