Quick reply on phone and came out within 20 mins on a 45 deg! day in Jan 2026. Explained the problems thoroughly with our Evap. Cooler with before photos and what had to be done. Repaired/replaced parts and took after pics to show me what was done. Great communications along the way and did the job on the extremely hot afternoon. A fantastic price for all the work done. Would definately call him AGAIN if required. A 10/10
Mums cooling system broke down on Thursday 8/1 and l called AC Heating and Cooling late afternoon, l received a very prompt return call and Payham said that he could come out at about noon friday, but would call before arriving. Received a call and Payham arrived in 25mins up on the roof to inspect. Explained and showed photos of the issues which he said he could repair and service and it would take about an hour….. all this on a horrendous 44’day.
