Highly recommend Payam for his excellent work ethic, honesty and quality of workmanship. My first encounter with Payam was for a second opinion on service/repair to my evaporative cooler where another business had recommended a full replacement unit for $7,000, saying it's not viable to try and repair it. Hi Payam did a great job. No shortcuts extremely thorough. He will tell you exactly what all the issues are good and bad. I found him very honest with a want to fix everything for the long term not just a cheaper short term fix that would need more work within a year. That was my impression and we had two different people look at our issues before deciding to go with Payam who wasn’t cheapest but picked up issues the other company didn’t.
